Founder and CEO
Geneviève Piché is a seasoned financial services executive and sustainability leader with more than 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across global markets. She founded Iridescence Advisors in 2025 to provide business transformation and capital raising insights for early stage and growth companies in next-generation energy and industrial systems.
Prior to founding Iridescence Advisors, she created Sustainable Finance and Advisory at Wells Fargo, where she built the firm’s sustainability-focused client franchise from the ground up, deploying over $300 billion in capital and positioning the bank as a market leader in sustainable finance and climate-related advisory.
Blending deep financial expertise with visionary leadership, Geneviève has led global teams, launched new business lines, and structured landmark financings around the world. A trusted advisor to corporate leaders and policymakers, she has represented the industry in engagements with the White House, U.S. Department of Energy, the Aspen Institute, and Rocky Mountain Institute, advancing policies that connect capital with environmental and social impact.
A bilingual Montréal native, she serves on boards and advisory groups including Envision Charlotte, the Clean Energy Fund for the Carolinas, the National Park Foundation, and the World Affairs Council of Charlotte. Her leadership is defined by a belief that finance, when guided by purpose and clarity, can be a catalyst for systemic change.
